Genesys Widget Integrations Demo

User Interface modes for the Genesys Widget:

To use the demo: Select Genesys Widget UI mode above, then click Load widget.

Configure required SmartVideo SDK Parameters

The name of an ACD queue in the Genesys Cloud organization.
Navigate to Genesys Cloud Admin section: Admin > Account Settings > Organization Settings > Organization Details (tab) > Advanced > Organization ID to locate your Organization ID.
A valid Widget Deployment. Find your Deployment Key by navigating in Genesys Cloud to: Admin > Contact Center > Widgets > Deployment Key (column).
SmartVideo tenant. Retrieve your Tenant ID by selecting: Apps > SmartVideo_Settings > Tenant ID.
Provide the full URL address for the VideoEngager Server.
Choose the region for your Genesys Cloud organization.

Optionally, save the current advanced settings to your Local Storage for future use. Using the 'Clear' button will erase settings from both Local Storage and the input fields.

To try Schedule Video, please configure schedule meeting in your Genesys Organisation.
